Overture Partners client is searching for a Sr. Level UX/UI Researcher to join their team.  To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment.  Must have the willingness to mentor junior level colleagues to foster growth within research team. 

Opportunity Overview :
  • Assist teams in sourcing, analyzing and synthesizing information to address specific business issues.
  • Will collaborate with research colleagues globally  to conduct end-to-end research in response to specific questions.
  • Responsible for sourcing information from internal as well as secondary data sources, analyzing and synthesizing this information, and creating well-organized, concise end-products).
  • Develop and codify knowledge proactively on new, emerging topics that are relevant to business
  • Will develop knowledge and expertise regarding specific sectors/functions
  • Actively contribute to expanding the development of research team by monitoring junior level team members.
  • Will design and deliver training programs.
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • Proven experience in a Business research or a relevant industry or functional area.
  • Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminology.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (strong command of English)
