Duration of Contract: 6+ Months with potential for extension

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Workfront Admin to secure a fully remote role within a fast paced, collaborative environment.   

Our client has an immediate need for Workfront Admin with advanced prioritization to manage various projects.  The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills to provide status updates to users of all levels.

Opportunity Overview :
  • Supports marketing user and business partner users
  • Responsible for Reporting & Dashboard development, evolution, and maintenance
  • Collaborate on all enhancements and configuration changes
  • Create and share weekly status reports to stakeholders on Workfront progression
  • Leverage application Workfront knowledge, effective systems knowledge, data analysis and reporting to align with business goals. 
  • Must present early adoption techniques and be comfortable in the Workfront beta system.
  • Stays current on Workfront release, functionalities and leverage this knowledge to enhance team efficiency.
  • Solicits feedback from the cross-functional team to modify the Workfront system for optimization of workflow management, data capture and reporting.
  • Assist in development, maintenance, and implementation of clear training documentation to be used for education, course correction, compliance, and enforcement.
  • Provide support to Operations Project Manager with resource planning, scheduling and reporting
Qualifications & Required skills:
  • Experience with various metrics and confidently working to establish meaningful KPIs for teams and workflows.
  • Ability to identify valuable data from junk data and work with the teams to purge and clean as needed
  • Workfront knowledge/expertise
  • Effective systems knowledge
  • Data analysis and reporting experience
  • Project management experience
  • Coding experience a plus

Workfront Certification

Fully remote within eastern standard time zone work schedule
